WKO+ Instructional Video - Creating New Athlete

This video will walk you through getting started using WKO+. First step is you need to "Create New Athlete". This step will create a home page and calendar for you. You will then be able to download files into your folder and WKO+ will populate your Homepage and Calendar with the data.
