Tim started training with Coach Cummings and Plan2Peak in 2006 when he was forced to retire from running do a foot injury.
Since working with Coach Cummings, Tim has embraced time trialing setting a personal best of 29:54 in the 20km distance. While he has done quite well in the race against the clock his road racing skills have also excelled. In 2008, Tim placed 3rd overall in the Buffalo Bicycling Club's season long point series and accumulated 6 top 10 finishes in BBC club races in 2008. Tim's efforts helped the Tom's Pro Bike/Plan2Peak team win the season long team series.
