Coaching plans
The following four coaching plans have been created for athletes with different needs, priorities and budgets. The chart below will help you identify the difference between plans. On top of each plan you can follow the "Full Details" link for specifics on how the plan will be implemented. PLEASE NOTE - The "Difference" between plans is not in results but in level of contact, and the speed of the feedback loop between you and the coach.

If you are an athlete on a budget looking for professional guidance you should consider one of the folowing two options - either "Training Plans" with Consultations as needed or if you are living in the Buffalo Area the "Plan2Peak Training Group" option.
