The Level 3 coaching plan is for athletes in search of a Professional Coach and that are serious about achieving their goals. These athletes are serious about reaching their optimal performance potential and desire a high level of interaction with their coach.

Level 3 coaching provides the opportunity for you and your coach to weekly analyze current level of performance, your progress and program direction. You will be using the best online training platform on earth. This platform will maximize the use of your training devices, optimize your relationship with your coach and provide an archive for your training records.

The Level 3 start up will start with a comprehensive consultation and review of your exercise history. We will establish your strengths, weaknesses, priority events and goals during this start up. With the information gathered your Annual Training Plan will be created and put into action. You will either provide past power files to establish your current Functional Threshold Power or you will be provided a self administered testing protocol that will establish your FTP. Your test results can be analyzed using the cutting edge Firstbeat Technologies software.

With Level 3 coaching athletes will receive emails daily from their coach. It will include very specific details on the volume, intensity, terrain and other details to be used for each and every workout. There will be no more guessing. Your coach will then monitor and analyze your workout files providing feedback weekly. Your coach will schedule and call you each week. During this 30 min phone/video consultation you will discuss your progress, direction, past workouts, race strategies and more. Level 3 athletes are encouraged to email questions daily if they arise and are entitled to have their schedule revised once each week if needed allowing for more flexibility. Using cutting edge Heart Rate Variability tools we will regularly measure your recovery index. Recovery Indexing is a way to objectively measure if the correct amount of recovery is being achieved to optimize training adaptation.

Level 3 athletes are entitled to WKO+ software discounts as well as discounts off Plan2Peak training camps and metabolic testing.

Mandatory equipment includes - Downloadable HRM, Power meter (for cyclist), GPS unit (for runners) and WKO+ software

Optional but HIGHLY recommended equipment - Suunto t6 HRM or Suunto Memory Strap
