Custom Annual Training Plan
This is the most popular consulting option I offer. With this option I create a customized Annual Training Plan for you with your time limits, strengths, weakness and priorities all being addresses. This is exact same process I use for Full Time Plan2Peak Athletes. I also will help you establish both your HR and Power Training Zones.
After the set up, ATP creation and initial consultations athletes then contact me for further guidance as they feel it is needed. This plan has proven to be very effective and is very cost effective for athletes on a budget.
Initial Set-up, ATP creation and Consultation - $299
Additional Consultations - $100/hour (this is usually broken into 2 x 30 minute sessions)
Ride For Roswell
The Ride for Roswell is a charity ride to rise awareness of Cancer and raise monies that will go towards cancer research.
The longest route is 62.5 miles (100km or a Metric Century) over flat to gently rolling terrain. Routes of as little as 6 miles are available. It is a great event and a great cause.
The training plans I have developed are similar to what I would develop for any Plan2Peak athlete and take into account the specific demands of the event and the different distance you may choose.
These training plans if followed with GREATLY improve your experience. You will be confident and strong finishing the event with a smile and a great story to tell. I highly recommend them.
Tour de Cure
The annual Tour De Cure is Buffalo's largest and most attended cycling event in WNY. The Tour is a charity ride to rise awareness of Diabetes and raise monies that will go towards diabetes research.
The longest route is 100 miles or Century over flat to gently rolling terrain. There are training plans for even the 30 mile route. It is a great event and a great cause. You will have the opportunity to ride in packs as large as 100 people and if you are in good shape the experience can be life changing.
