Founder and past owner of One on One Health and Fitness Center a 17,000 square foot full service health club with over 2,000 members and 25 employees.

Peter has been racing as a licensed USCF racer since 1991 racing in most of the Northeast in races such as the Green Mountain Stage Race (Vermont), Cleveland Revco Criterium, NYS Championships (Syracuse Race Weekend), Enchanted Mountain Stage Race (Olean, NY). Lake Placid Cloudsplitter Classic Stage Race and others. Specializing in time trialing he has enjoyed achievements such as 5th (out of 89) in the 2001 Cloudsplitter Prologue TT just behind 2004 U23 USA Cycling rider of the year Kevin Bouchard-Hall and 3rd Overall in the 2003 Presque Isle TT (Erie, PA) (with an avg speed of 27.2mph). In 2002, he was presented with the Stan Forrestal Memorial Trophy for Time Trial Excellence by the Buffalo Bicycling Club. In 2006, was elected to the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Bicycling Club. He is also the Coach of the Empire State Games Western Region Cycling Team.

Coach Cummings has been training and Coaching athletes with Powermeters for a little over 8 years. He also has spent hours in the wind tunnel with athletes to maximize their aerodynamics with great success. The following results represent a portion of his athlete's accomplishments:
