Plan2Peak Health Ballistics™
A Science-Driven System to Build, Track and Safeguard Your Health
The Health Ballistics (HB) Report is the next step beyond simple risk scores like the MSSS. While the MSSS identifies metabolic syndrome risk, the HB Report combines objective health data with subjective lived experience to deliver a comprehensive, data-driven analysis of your current health and performance trajectory while providing high-impact guidance.
This report doesn’t just tell you where you stand—it translates complex health and medical data into clear priorities, actionable steps, and measurable outcomes. With HB, you receive hard deliverables: personalized LPF, LQI, PGS, and MLI scores; a weighted variable matrix highlighting your most impactful recommendations; a 30-minute consultation with an accredited metabolic health practitioner; plus educational materials, resources, and tools. The result is a clearly prioritized roadmap for reversing risk and elevating performance.
Our Methodology
Every health journey follows a trajectory. The key is making yours visible and changeable.
The Plan2Peak Health Ballistics Report integrates objective data and lived experience, then applies our Weighted Variable Matrix (WVM) to surface high-impact variables. From there, you receive prioritized recommendations that target the strongest levers for moving your trajectory.
MLI — Medication Load Index
Quantifies total medication burden and unmasks treatment-masked risk.
How we use it: MLI raises the weight of risks that are pharmacologically suppressed. In WVM, higher MLI shifts priority toward deprescription-compatible lifestyle levers and monitoring plans.
LPF — Longevity Probability Forecast
Objective probability score anchored in CRF, metabolic status, body composition, and clinical markers.
How we use it: LPF drives the objective baseline and trajectory. Low-contributing domains with high payoff are elevated in WVM to identify levers that most improve survival probability.
LQI — Life Quality Index
Captures energy, mood, stress, pain, sleep, and confidence in movement.
How we use it: LQI directs personalization. When LQI constraints block adherence, WVM prioritizes levers that reduce friction first, improving compliance and downstream results.
PGS — Perception Gap Score
Measures alignment between perceived and objective health.
How we use it: High PGS triggers education-first sequencing. In WVM, we prioritize awareness, quick wins, and feedback loops before higher-effort changes to increase engagement.
From Indices to Action
-
WVM surfaces high-impact variables: It weighs LPF, LQI, PGS, and MLI with your biometrics to identify the few levers most likely to create leverage cascades.
-
You get ranked recommendations: Clear, stepwise actions with rationale, prerequisites, and how progress will be measured.
-
Progress is tracked: Follow-up assessments update LPF, LQI, PGS, and MLI, recalibrate WVM weights, and refine your next set of levers.
